All downloads are sold 'as is' and all sales are final.  That said if you have any problems I shall do my best to oblige.
Please report all US commercial performances to BMI, New York. For other countries please consult the appropriate licensing authority.

All 'upgrades' are free, please let me know of any mistakes or anything else that needs 'upgrading'. You must have an account with webber music, otherwise I will not know that you are eligible for upgrades, all I need is a name and email so I can tell you when an upgrade is available. 

You may not:
Please do not edit, re-arrange, rewrite or resell my music! I retain all copy and performance rights. You may not sell or give away the pdf files or any print-outs of the pdf files except for private, personal use.

Except:
You may make copies of the files and you may print the files as you or your orchestra/ensemble requires. 
You may (obviously) make pencil performance/rehearsal edits, eg bowing, breath marks, etc.
